The current resolution up for debate is FA-05, supporting the end of military involvement in Afghanistan, and transforming it to a mission of law enforcement and aid. The resolution has just passed. This was the last of the state resolutions that came from the district conventions. The convention will now consider floor resolutions that have come in since then.
Floor Resolution 01 supports a committee to investigate the conduct of the Bush administration. The resolution has passed
Other resolutions have passed to support extending the property tax exemption to nonprofit groups providing low-income housing, to immediately seat Al Franken. Currently under debate is a resolution to tell Rick Perry to put up or shut up on seceding from the United States. The Rick Perry resolution was just defeated.
The final resolution regards strong fair trade policies, and it was just passed.
I think tax dollars could be better spent elsewhere than investigating Bush again. How many times are we going to continue to wonder if the conduct of the Bush Administration has something to do with our continuing Afghanistan problems. I think we already know the answer. online casino
